Mientras su sencillo actual, “Sit Next To Me” continúa subiendo las listas de música, Foster The People lanza un nuevo visual para la canción. El video de “Sit Next To Me (Around The World)” está hecho con el nuevo remix de la canción por The Stereotypes y sigue los viajes de la banda en gira alrededor del mundo.
La banda recientemente anunció que arrancará la gira After Laughter Summer Tour con Paramore este verano. El viaje de 24 fechas por Norteamérica comienza el 12 de junio en Saint Augustine, FL y cierra el 24 de julio en Denver, CO.
“Sit Next To Me”, recientemente debutó en la lista Top 40 Airplay chart, y se encuentra actualmente en el Top 5 en la lista de Alternative radio chart y Top 20 en la de Adult Top 40 chart. La canción fue descrita como “pop puro y brillante” por The Associated Press y ha acumulado alrededor de 50 Millones de reproducciones y views de video combinados. El tema viene en el último álbum de Foster The People, Sacred Hearts Club y recientemente el equipo de producción ganador de Grammy, The Stereotypes (Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, Mary J. Blige) hizo un remix del tema. La banda también brindó una gran presentación de la canción en The Late Late Show with James Corden este verano.
